Driving Health Physiotherapy has a cancellation policy stating that all cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $40 cancellation fee, and cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged the full session rate. This is to ensure fair access to our services for all, if a late cancellation is made, it takes away an opportunity for another patient to use that appointment slot. Thank you for your understanding.
